PART-TIME STUDIO ASSISTANT (ASSEMBLY + FULFILMENT) – Calgary NE
Little May Papery is looking for a super organized human to join our small but mighty team! We need someone to come to our NE Calgary warehouse for up to 8 hrs a week (split over two days) to help assemble products by hand, pack and fulfil orders, and pitch in with e-commerce and other assistant duties. Hours are flexible for the right person.
This is an IN PERSON, contract position (no vacation pay or benefits).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assembling and packaging, specifically cards, stickers & other paper goods
Fulfilling wholesale + e-commerce orders using Shipstation
Inventory and supply ordering
Quality checks and keeping the warehouse tidy
E-commerce updates as needed
Some communication with wholesale accounts/outreach
Email customers as needed
Adhoc duties as required
There might also be the opportunity to work markets during the winter season if this is of interest.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Very organised (this is super important!)
Exceptional attention to detail while working quickly
Good with your hands assembling small components
Reliable, self-starting, go-with-the-flow multitasker
Experience with Etsy, Shipstation, Shopify, Chit Chats and Faire an asset
Able to lift boxes up to 35 lbs
Drivers license
$17/hour. Up to 8 hrs/week, split over two days. MUST be available July 27 – August 24 2026 as I am away during that time so will need coverage, but this is an on-going part-time position. There is definitely the potential for more hours as we grow or during busier periods, but can be flexible for the right person. We share a warehouse with Friday Sock Co so you would receive staff discount for both Little May + Friday Sock Co!
