How long does it take for orders to ship?
All orders will ship from our studio in Calgary AB within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified. If there are unforeseen delay, you will always be notified via email. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Canada Post states that shipments can be expected throughout Canada and the U.S. within 2-10 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for international shipments.
Which carrier do you use?
We currently ship all of our orders with either Canada Post. and tracking information for either carrier will always be provided.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. We are love our international customers and have made efforts to keep the international shipping rates as low as possible. Please know that some international orders may incur import taxes or duties upon delivery, Little May is not responsible for covering or reimbursing such duties. For more information on duties and fees, please contact your local Post Office.
What if my order was lost in the mail?
Though this is very rare, it can sometimes happen. If your order has been lost in the mail, by no fault of a mistake in your entered mailing address, we will happily reship your item after 2 weeks (domestic) and 4 weeks (international) of non-active tracking information. Please note that Little May is not responsible for refunding or re-shipping orders lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. We ship to the exact address entered at checkout and cannot change an address once shipped.
What if my order was damaged in the mail?
Unfortunately this does happen, and we are more than happy to help. All we ask is that you report your damaged item to us via email to email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your product. Please be sure to include a photo of the damage in your message so that we may validate the claim.
What is your return & refund policy?
Unused, unopened, and undamaged items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund back to your credit card. Customers will assume the cost of return shipping.
Can I find your products in shops?
Yes! We have stockists all over US and Canada. Please contact us for more information.

Are you environmentally friendly?
We are passionate about the choices we make here at Little May. All of our papers and stock are FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Certified and Rainforest alliance friendly. We also recently transitioned to compostable sleeves for our greeting cards and pair them with recycled kraft envelopes.
Where are your products made?
Most of our products are made locally here in Calgary Canada.
